SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
To book an appointment now, please click below and Zoc Doc will handle your request.
When booking your appointment, please mention the purpose of your visit so we may allow enough time to fit your needs.
As a courtesy to our patients, we make every attempt to confirm all appointments 2-3 business days in advance of appointments. In the event you cannot keep your appointment, please notify the office 2 business days in advance, so that we can offer the open slot to another patients. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 business days notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $35, and failure to show for an appointment without notice is subject to a $75 no-show fee.
